We visit your home, condo or apartment at agreed upon times and conduct a thorough inspection of every property. We pick up your email, water your plant, we are your eyes and ears when you cannot be. We are fully bonded and insured.

How quickly will you respond to my request?

Because we understand that you contacted us for a reason , we generally get back within a matter of minutes. We usually reply using the same way you contacted us unless you specify a different mode of communication. Our office are open 9 – 5pm

Are Materials, Expenses and Taxes included in your rates?

No they are not as they are the responsibility of the client. You will be invoiced for the hours it took on an errand, and it will also include any agreed upon expense reimbursement. We will always provide you with receipts or photos of receipts are prove of expenditures. The entire payment process including reimbursement is handled securely after our service has been completed.
